During our initial discussion, we will discuss the event planning process with you. The role we take can depend greatly on how involved you'd like us to be with the various aspects of event planning and production. Where desired, we can (and frequently do) work in conjunction with in-house design and marketing staff in order to achieve your companies' vision.
Throughout the planning process we will provide CAD plans, visuals, budgets and keep you informed and advised at all stages.
In pre-production stages we can assist in the creation of holding slide designs, event branding, opening videos and print. Stage set designs, room and floorplans will all be provided no matter what the scale of the event.
We use our own vehicles to transport our own equipment to site and our technicians are highly skilled in their individual fields. The team is headed up by a Production Manager.
Post-event we can provide highlights videos - on DVD or uploaded for web viewing, audio recordings in a format of your choice, final presentations and uploading of presentations to your website.
A debrief will be held after the event to discuss the successful elements and perhaps what could be improved for your next event. Phoenix always offer free, helpful advice to ensure our clients get the most from each and every event!
