Fireworks over the Vatican |

Phoenix staged the 10th User Conference for market leader Intec, a telecoms software billing company. (www.intecbilling.com)
Venue: The Hilton Cavalieri, Rome 29 – 31 October 2007.
Audience: 250 senior representatives from Tier 1 telecoms operators from Europe, Middle East and Africa.
AV equipment – all AV equipment was transported from Bristol in a 45 foot artic truck; a team of 10 flew out to install and run the 2 day event.
The 27 metre width of the main room was covered floor to ceiling by a white, seamless, fire proof material custom made to Phoenix's design. This blank canvas back drop was backlit with over 45 flood lights in two colours and front projection provided by 3 Sanyo XF60 6500 lumen projectors Watch Out picture in picture system was used to produce a screen width of over 30 feet x 10 feet high.
Full custom stage set, 8 modular exhibition stands and full camera, lighting, sound, projection and AV management.
Entertainment: Intec provided a gala dinner, 3 Italian tenors, band and fireworks outside the Villa Miani which over looks the Vatican.

Phoenix wins two Korean contracts |

During 2007, Phoenix worked with The Mice Communications Co Ltd
of Korea. Phoenix provided set and stage building, all audio visual
equipment together with crew and over 10 laptops and 42" Plasma
screens, which provided information points around The Grosvenor
House Hotel, London.
The 10th Annual KRX Global Investors Conference, Korea Exchange -
main sponsor was Hyundai Securities. Keynote speakers included
H.E. The Korean Ambassador, The Chairman & CEO of the Korean
Exchange and President & CEO of Hyundai Securities. Following
the success of this event, Phoenix was contracted to stage the WOORI
Korean Conference at The Savoy Hotel, London later in 2007. |

CHA secured the audio visual services of Phoenix for their annual
conference in 2007, making this the 7th successful, annual conference
staged by Phoenix. |

Murder/mystery in Warwickshire |

Phoenix staged the senior management conference for Haden
Building Management; this is the second event produced for
Haden in 2007. Phoenix also sourced the venue where, in
the evening, delegates were treated to a murder/mystery dinner.
Haden and Phoenix have a good, long term working
relationship which was established over 8 years ago. |

Phoenix travel around the World! |

| January 2007 - Phoenix travelled to Perth, Australia to organise the Verizon Business Asia Pac 2007 Kick Off Conference for 300 delegates over 3 days. Phoenix was responsible for all hotel bookings, budgeting, logistics, AV staging, airport transfers and total event management. |
