Seven is the lucky number for MCI as Phoenix has again used its event management expertise to produce their annual sales conference and themed entertainment evening. This motivational event was the culmination of more than seven years of continued triumph in this long running partnership.

Description: Phoenix has worked with MCI for over 7 years and has provided all the audio visual technical support as well as a total venue finding and event management package. This sales conference also included 5 breakout rooms with audio visual support and a partner village with 5 modular exhibition stands and furniture.

As well as the day conference awards, a themed event for the evening with full entertainment was also produced. This event was budgeted, managed and produced entirely by Phoenix.

Phoenix Corporate the specialist Conference Audio Visual Company has once again achieved stunning success for Intec in their annual conference in Madrid. This is the sixth year of this winning partnership and Phoenix looks forward with anticipation to this year's event in Cannes.

Description: Phoenix has worked with Intec for over 6 years and has provided all the audio visual technical support at this annual event, which has grown in size each year. These facilities included audio visual staging for the main conference room, 4 breakout rooms, demonstration area and the production of the introductory video. Working closely with the client, Phoenix has also assisted with venue selection and logistics.

Intec’s 2005 User Conference is held in Cannes and is for 300 delegates and involves a 20 x 10 metre gantry lighting system and 4 x 5 x 2 metre high projection screen in the main room. As well as breakout rooms, 12 modular shell schemes are being provided for the demonstration area.
